Transparent MicroLED Wall Pricing Guide
A useful LED wall price identifies the exact display configuration and what is included. Compare the complete project scope—not screen size alone.
See MicroLUX configuration prices and options. Confirm the selected size, pixel pitch and processor on the corresponding product page before comparing proposals.
What should a wall quotation include?
| Cost area | What to confirm in writing |
|---|---|
| Display hardware | Model, cabinet array, pixel pitch, native resolution, control hardware, processor, accessories and any spares. |
| Delivery | Packing, freight, insurance, destination delivery, receiving requirements and any duties or brokerage. |
| Site preparation | Structural assessment, electrical work, mounting surface, ventilation, data routing and access requirements. |
| Installation | Mounting, alignment, calibration, source connections, testing and commissioning. |
| Ownership and support | Controlling warranty, claim process, replacement arrangements and separately charged service labor or freight. |
These are questions to resolve, not a promise that every item is included. The written configuration and project scope control. Do not assume that a displayed equipment price includes taxes, freight, installation or site work.
Why size and pixel pitch matter
Pixel pitch measures the spacing between neighboring pixel centers. At the same display area, a smaller pitch means more pixels. Closer seating may make that extra detail valuable; a more distant audience may not benefit enough to justify the additional cost. Review the nearest viewer and intended content before selecting the pitch.
Planar's pixel-pitch explainer provides general background. It does not verify the performance or construction of any particular MicroLUX configuration.
Compare the processor as well as the screen
Two configurations with similar screen dimensions can include different processors or control packages. Ask for the exact processor model, included components and intended input requirements. Confirm these details before treating different prices as a like-for-like comparison.
Prepare for a configuration review
- Record available wall width and height, plus the nearest and farthest seats.
- Describe the room lighting and primary content: films, sports, games, presentations or mixed use.
- Provide the project location, mounting conditions and known power or data constraints.
- State the desired timing and budget range, and ask for inclusions and exclusions in writing.
