MICROLUX LED WALLS, LLC

Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Customer Policy | Effective August 29, 2026

This Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy applies to purchases from MicroLux LED Walls, LLC ("MicroLux"). MicroLED systems are configurable, made-to-order products. This policy is designed to give customers a meaningful review period before MicroLux makes an order-specific factory commitment.

1. Seven-day no-questions-asked cancellation window

A customer may cancel an accepted order without stating a reason during the first seven calendar days after MicroLux receives the initial order payment. The payment date is Day 1. The cancellation window expires at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Day 7.

To cancel, the customer must send written notice before the deadline to chris@microluxledwalls.com or support@microluxledwalls.com. The timestamp on the customer’s sent email controls, provided the notice identifies the customer and order clearly enough for MicroLux to act on it.

2. Refund amount during the seven-day window

For a timely cancellation during the seven-day window, MicroLux will refund all amounts paid, less actual, documented, nonrecoverable fees already incurred for that order. No cancellation penalty, lost-profit charge, ordinary overhead allocation, or estimated future cost will be deducted.

Deductible fees may include only:

Nonrefundable payment-processing or transaction fees actually charged on the customer’s payment; bank, wire, ACH, foreign-exchange, or currency-conversion charges actually incurred and not returned; and third-party design, engineering, site-survey, permitting, or similar project services that the customer approved in writing and that were actually performed or irreversibly committed before cancellation.

MicroLux will provide an itemized written statement of any deduction. A cost that is recovered, avoided, refunded, credited, or never incurred will not be deducted. This deduction does not apply when applicable law requires a full refund.

3. Factory hold during the seven-day window

MicroLux will not send an order-specific production deposit to the original equipment manufacturer, authorize factory production, or make another nonrecoverable factory commitment until the seven-day window has expired. Preliminary configuration review and ordinary internal administration may continue, but ordinary internal costs are not deducted from a seven-day refund.

4. Cancellation after Day 7 but before Production Authorization

If MicroLux receives a cancellation request after the seven-day window but before written Production Authorization or another disclosed nonrecoverable factory commitment, MicroLux will cancel the order and refund amounts paid less actual, documented, nonrecoverable order-related fees and third-party costs already incurred. MicroLux will provide an itemized statement of deductions.

5. Cancellation after Production Authorization

After written Production Authorization or an order-specific factory commitment, the system enters custom production. The customer’s deposit is then nonrefundable to the extent MicroLux has paid, committed, or become liable for manufacturing, materials, engineering, configuration, crating, freight, currency conversion, or other order-specific costs. MicroLux will make commercially reasonable efforts to stop or reduce further cost after receiving a cancellation request and will refund any uncommitted and recoverable balance. An itemized accounting will be provided.

6. Returns after delivery

Because MicroLED systems are configured and manufactured for a particular project, delivered systems are not eligible for buyer’s-remorse returns. A return may be accepted only when MicroLux authorizes it in writing, including for an incorrect shipment, verified shipping damage, or a remedy available under the applicable written Limited Warranty or nonwaivable law.

No product or component may be returned without written return authorization and shipping instructions from MicroLux. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Unless MicroLux caused the return or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return packing, insured transportation, and risk of loss in transit.

7. Shipping damage, defects, and incorrect shipments

Shipping damage should be documented and reported as required by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Product defects are handled under the applicable written MicroLux Limited Warranty. Reporting requests are intended to preserve carrier and warranty rights and do not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Delayed shipments and legally required refunds

If MicroLux cannot ship within the stated time or another period required by law, MicroLux will provide the notice and cancellation options required by applicable law. When the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule or another law requires a prompt full refund, MicroLux will provide that full refund without deducting the fees described in this policy.

9. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. MicroLux will initiate a voluntary refund under this policy within ten business days after confirming the cancellation amount and receiving any information reasonably necessary to process it. A payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post the credit. Refunds required sooner by law will be processed within the legally required period.

10. How to request cancellation, return authorization, or a refund

Email chris@microluxledwalls.com or support@microluxledwalls.com. Include the customer name, order number, contact information, and the request. A reason is not required for cancellation during the seven-day window. For shipping damage, an incorrect shipment, or a warranty matter, include photographs, video, delivery paperwork, serial numbers when available, and a description of the issue.

11. Relationship to project documents and applicable law

This policy is incorporated into the MicroLux Terms of Service. A signed or otherwise accepted project-specific agreement may add protections or address project-specific circumstances, but it will not waive rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive. If this policy conflicts with a nonwaivable legal requirement, that requirement controls.
