When less costs less for a reason.
We will tell you when a less expensive configuration is the right one.

MicroLUX is built to make residential MicroLED easier to understand, buy, install and own—without hiding the decisions that shape the picture or the price.
MicroLUX LED Walls is an American company headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina, founded by Chris Dunn. For years, large-format MicroLED was confined to exceptionally expensive custom projects. The hardware was extraordinary; the buying path was not. Chris created MicroLUX to source advanced systems directly, publish standard configurations and prices, and keep the engineering, documentation and support that matter.
Chris Dunn built MicroLUX around a simple promise: help the customer understand the room, the wall, the price and the tradeoffs before asking for a commitment. The operational discipline comes from fifteen years in medical-device distribution, where documentation, delivery, accountability and a dependable support path are never optional.
MicroLUX is starting deliberately. Installation and service are coordinated project by project, with qualified structural, electrical and AV professionals identified in the written scope. A formal integrator application program will come later, after the company has completed more customer projects and refined the field process.
Chris Dunn introduces MicroLUX and the practical, factory-direct approach to residential MicroLED.
Most of this industry sells you a screen and hands you to a call queue. We are building the opposite. One team owns your project from the first conversation to the day the wall is calibrated, and the same team answers when you call two years later.
You can send a support request in English at any time, day or night, and MicroLUX coordinates diagnosis with our manufacturing partner; the written warranty defines what 24/7 support does and does not promise. That is not a differentiator invented for a web page. It is the reason the company is structured this way: fifteen years in medical-device distribution, where a failed delivery is never merely an inconvenience, taught us what accountability has to look like before you will trust it.
The hardware is manufactured in China by our selected manufacturing partner. MicroLUX specifies and configures the system and owns the U.S. customer relationship, project documentation and support path.
We will tell you when a less expensive configuration is the right one.
We will tell you when the room is wrong for a wall this size.
We will tell you what the picture will resolve from where you sit, before you pay for pixels you cannot see.
We will tell you what is not included, in writing, before anything goes into production.
A category that sells through mystery quotes has trained people to expect the opposite. That expectation is the thing we are actually competing with.
MicroLED is the first display technology in a decade where the engineering genuinely outruns what a television can do: every pixel makes its own light, the wall is assembled to the room instead of bought in one fixed size, and a failed module can be swapped without replacing the whole display—from the room side on systems with front-serviceable modules.
We are not agnostic resellers. We chose one technology and a direct, documented way of selling it because a company that will recommend anything cannot be trusted to recommend the right thing.
Bring us the room and the way you live in it. We will show you the strongest fit, the meaningful alternative and every tradeoff before you decide.
