Terms of service
MICROLUX LED WALLS, LLC
Terms of Service
Customer Policy | Effective September 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of microluxledwalls.com and purchases from MicroLux LED Walls, LLC (“MicroLux,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, submitting an order, or providing written Production Authorization, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and permitted use
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and must provide accurate, current information. You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or reproduce protected content without permission; impersonate another person; submit false information; or use the site or its content to violate law or third-party rights.
2. Product information and project-specific specifications
MicroLED systems are configurable, made-to-order products. Website descriptions, photographs, diagrams, dimensions, resolutions, pricing, availability, lead times, and compatibility information are general sales information unless expressly incorporated into a written order. Your final written proposal, approved configuration, shop drawings, order confirmation, invoice, and Production Authorization identify the controlling cabinet array, pixel pitch, visible dimensions, native resolution, processor, receiving-card and driver configuration, accessories, finish, power requirements, mounting plan, installation scope, price, and schedule.
We correct material errors when discovered. MicroLux will not substitute a material component or specification that reduces the agreed performance without the customer’s written approval. Minor changes that do not reduce contracted performance may be made when reasonably necessary for availability, safety, manufacturability, or compatibility and will be documented when material to installation or operation.
3. Prices, quotations, taxes, and separate charges
Website prices apply only to the configuration described and may change before an order is accepted. Unless the written order expressly states otherwise, displayed product prices exclude freight, installation, site construction, electrical work, permits, engineering by licensed third parties, travel, taxes, duties, customs charges, storage, redelivery, and optional expanded-input or control packages. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it.
4. Order acceptance and Production Authorization
An inquiry, cart submission, deposit selection, or payment does not by itself obligate MicroLux to manufacture an unverified configuration. MicroLux may require room information, viewing distance, access details, electrical planning, approved specifications, signed project documents, and payment before accepting the order. Factory production begins only after MicroLux confirms acceptance and receives the required deposit and written Production Authorization.
5. Payment terms
Unless the written order states otherwise, custom project orders require a production deposit of 50% of the regular configuration price and the remaining balance, less any eligible discount, when the system completes the agreed factory quality-control process and is ready to ship. Customer deposits are restricted to the customer’s order and are not used to fund another customer’s system. MicroLux may pause production, withhold shipment, or revise the schedule when required payment or customer approvals are late. The customer is responsible for lawful taxes, duties, bank charges, and documented collection costs to the extent permitted by law.
6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
The Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Because each system is configured for a particular project, ordinary buyer’s-remorse returns are not accepted. Cancellation rights change when written Production Authorization is given and MicroLux makes an order-specific factory commitment. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights arising from a delayed shipment.
7. Production, shipping, and delivery
The Shipping and Delivery Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Production and shipment timing is stated in the written order or subsequent written schedule notice. When applicable law requires consent to a shipping delay or a refund, MicroLux will provide the required notice and options. Delivery dates may also depend on customer approvals, final payment, carrier scheduling, customs, access, weather, and site readiness.
8. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate site dimensions and conditions; identify concealed utilities and hazards; obtain owner, association, landlord, architectural, engineering, permit, and governmental approvals; provide safe access; complete required structure, power, ventilation, cable pathways, network, and environmental preparation; and protect delivered equipment. MicroLux is not responsible for delay, damage, or added cost caused by inaccurate customer information or incomplete customer-responsibility work.
9. Installation and commissioning
Qualified LED/AV installation is recommended. Structural and electrical work must be designed and performed by appropriately qualified persons and comply with applicable codes. Owner-managed or third-party installation does not make MicroLux responsible for construction means and methods, code compliance, jobsite safety, or work performed outside MicroLux’s written scope. Remote support does not replace licensed structural, electrical, or other professional services. Alteration, misuse, unsuitable power, improper environment, or installation contrary to project documents may limit warranty coverage to the extent it causes a claimed failure.
10. Limited warranty and support
Products are covered only by the applicable written MicroLux Limited Warranty and any expressly passed-through manufacturer warranty. The warranty provides the exclusive contractual remedies for covered defects, subject to rights that cannot legally be limited. Support availability does not guarantee immediate on-site service or that every issue can be resolved remotely.
11. Website content, intellectual property, and third-party marks
The website, brand, copy, graphics, configuration tools, original photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to MicroLux and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal viewing does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial reproduction. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or components; their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
12. Third-party services and links
Payment processors, carriers, installers, manufacturers, financing providers, scheduling platforms, and linked websites are independent third parties unless expressly stated otherwise. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. MicroLux is responsible for its own obligations but does not control independent third-party systems or services.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Website imagery, room scenes, videos, calculators, educational material, and general recommendations are illustrative and do not replace the controlling written project documents. MicroLux does not warrant uninterrupted website operation or that general content is error-free or suitable for every project. Nothing here excludes an express written product warranty or a legal right that cannot be waived.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroLux will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost use, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the website or a product order. MicroLux’s aggregate contractual liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid to MicroLux for the portion of that order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Indemnification for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify MicroLux from third-party claims caused by your unlawful website use, infringement of third-party rights, material violation of these Terms, or work performed by you or your contractors outside MicroLux’s written scope. This provision does not require indemnification for MicroLux’s own negligence or misconduct where prohibited by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and transactions with MicroLux are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or a consumer’s nonwaivable local law controls. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute directly. Subject to nonwaivable rights, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts serving New Hanover County, North Carolina. We have not imposed mandatory arbitration in these website Terms.
17. Changes, severability, and no waiver
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Terms in effect when an order is accepted continue to govern that order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
18. Electronic communications
You consent to receive order documents, approvals, notices, invoices, policies, and signatures electronically. Electronic records and signatures may be used to document the transaction to the extent permitted by law.
