Freight and site-specific work, clearly scoped.
- Optional installation — Quoted separately based on your screen size and installation location. Scope: assembly and mounting; factory-calibration verification and needed adjustments; 6–8 hours of input and hardware-function testing; help connecting existing source devices and AV equipment; and recessed-installation assistance on non-stone substrates.
- Freight, crating, insurance, customs, duties, brokerage and applicable taxes are quoted separately.
- Site electrical work, structural backing, framing, recess or finish preparation are quoted separately when required.
- Installation outside the contiguous U.S., delivery-to-room labor, rigging, travel, and optional expanded-input, multi-view, control, finish or service packages are quoted separately.

Approve dimensions, processor, inclusions, freight, installation responsibility and final written specifications.
After the required deposit, approvals and cancellation period, the screen enters production. Customer deposits are restricted to that order and are not used to fund another customer’s system.
The remaining balance is due at the written release milestone; shipment is tracked through customs and final courier delivery.
